Turn Your Idea Into a Real Online Project.
Saki Launch is building a student-first platform that simplifies the journey from an idea to a live digital project. We are working toward making essential digital infrastructure, practical technical guidance, and intelligent launch workflows more accessible to the next generation of builders.
The problem
Students have ideas. Getting them online is the hard part.
Many students and first-time founders have workable ideas but struggle with the technical complexity and cost of turning them into real projects that anyone can visit on the internet.
Domains & DNS are confusing
Registering a domain, pointing DNS records, and configuring HTTPS feels like a foreign language when you've never done it before.
Professional email is expensive
Custom-domain email is one of the first things that makes a project look real — but most providers charge more than a student budget allows.
Deployment is overwhelming
Build commands, environment variables, CI pipelines — the gap between 'it works on my laptop' and 'it works on the internet' is wider than it needs to be.
Costs add up silently
Hosting, databases, monitoring, SSL certificates — students discover the real cost of running a project only after they've started building.
The solution
A platform that walks you from idea to launch.
Saki Launch combines guided workflows, practical infrastructure access, and beginner-friendly technical guidance — designed specifically for students and first-time builders.
Student Launch Workspace
A guided path from idea to online project. Includes project planning tools, a launch checklist, development resources, deployment guidance, and clear explanations of technical concepts that are usually buried in documentation.
Digital Infrastructure Access
Help students understand and access domains, professional email, website hosting, deployment platforms, and developer tools at affordable prices. Where partnerships and sponsorships exist, eligible students may access selected services at reduced cost or free.
Beginner-Friendly Technical Guidance
Clear instructions, reusable templates, troubleshooting guidance, and step-by-step workflows that make technical setup less intimidating — written for people who are doing this for the first time.
Building Beyond the First Launch
Guidance for improving deployments, adding security basics, writing documentation, improving discoverability, and maintaining a real product after the initial launch excitement fades.
The journey
From idea to live project in five steps.

Who it's for
Built for people building for the first time.
Whether you're a computer-science student, a self-taught developer, or someone with an idea and a laptop — Saki Launch is designed to reduce the friction between thinking about a project and actually shipping it.
Students
University and college students with course projects, side projects, or startup ideas who need affordable infrastructure and clear guidance.
First-time founders
People launching their first product who need practical help with the technical decisions that come before writing any code.
Self-taught developers
Developers who can write code but have never configured a domain, set up email, or deployed to production on their own.
Progress
Where we are today
Saki Launch is an early-stage project in active development. The concept is being validated, the first planning tools are being built, and the founder's existing portfolio demonstrates the technical capability behind the vision.
- Founder portfolio and personal website (saqibsarwar.net)
- Saki Gateway — OpenAI-compatible AI gateway with multi-provider routing
- Big Bounty — browser-based security testing tool
- KNOD CUPS — Flutter game built with Flame engine
- Research into student pain points around digital project launches
- Saki Launch concept validation and landing page
- Initial launch checklist and project planning workflow
- Curated resource directory for student-friendly tools and services
- Partnership outreach for infrastructure sponsorships
- AI-assisted launch workflow powered by Claude
- Interactive project setup wizard
- Domain, DNS, and email configuration guides
- Institutional collaboration programme for universities
- Paid support tier for teams and advanced users
Sustainability
Proposed business model
Saki Launch is intended to become a sustainable technology startup — not a charity project. These are the revenue and sustainability paths being explored.
Free tier
Practical launch resources, educational guides, templates, and a basic project-planning workflow — always free.
Paid support
Optional technical setup assistance for students, independent developers, and small teams who need hands-on help.
Institutional plans
Collaborations with colleges, educational communities, and organisations that want to help their students launch technology projects.
Sponsorships & partnerships
Infrastructure partnerships that can subsidise domains, email, hosting, or other eligible services for qualified students.
These are proposed directions — not existing revenue streams. Saki Launch does not currently have paid customers, institutional contracts, or active sponsorship agreements. The model will be refined as the product develops.
AI-native product
Claude as a launch co-pilot (planned)
The long-term product vision includes an AI-assisted launch workflow powered by Claude. This integration is planned — not yet connected, running in production, or serving users.

Idea → structured plan
Describe your project in plain language. Claude turns it into a structured project plan with milestones, a tech stack recommendation, and an estimated timeline.
Personalised launch checklist
Based on what you're building — a website, API, mobile app, or game — get a customised checklist of everything you need to go live.
Beginner-friendly setup explanations
Ask about domains, DNS, HTTPS, email, hosting, or deployment, and get an answer written for someone who has never configured any of it.
Error diagnosis & next steps
Paste an error message or describe what went wrong. Claude helps you understand the cause and suggests concrete steps to fix it.
Documentation generation
Generate and maintain useful project documentation — README files, setup guides, and API references — so your project is approachable to others.
The Claude integration described above is part of the planned product roadmap. The Claude API is not currently connected to Saki Launch. This section describes intended functionality, not existing capabilities.
Founder
Built by Saqib Sarwar
I'm an independent student developer and builder. I make websites, AI tools, developer utilities and the occasional game — usually on my own, from the first commit to the deployed product.
Saki Gateway is an OpenAI-compatible API gateway I built with FastAPI and Next.js. Big Bounty is a browser-based security testing tool. And KNOD CUPS is a 2D game I made with Flutter and Flame.
Saki Launch comes from a straightforward observation: the gap between having a project idea and actually putting it on the internet is wider than it needs to be, especially for students. I want to make that gap smaller.
